I love my progress and settling into my 5:2 Fast Diet. Sticking to a maximum of 600 Calories on Tuesdays and Thursdays has become so easy. I am losing weight without any fat burners or exercise whatsoever and I spend most of my day sitting and using my laptop so physical activity has been kept to a minimal. I'll give it another week and then start adding in some home exercise activity and then get back to gym.

I am sure that I would have lost a little more weight had I not exceeded the 1800 Calorie limit I intended to stick to on my non-fast days.
272.3 lb Lost so far: 11.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
