Calorie counting is not for me. Daily avg 1200 and gained 6 lbs. This is how hyperinsulin resistance works. Need to be on 30g carbs a day.
206.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 71.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

My former doctor refused to acknowledge that hyperinsulin resistance was a factor in my no loss of weight. He YELLED at me to go on 500 calories a day diet. I have a new doctor, and she's into low carb diets for diabetics, but refuses to request the insulin test that proves I have hyperinsulin resistance. For a couple of months, I've been tracking my weight, calories and macros here. Now, I'm ready to do weight resistance training, which will prove hyperinsulin resistance has been a problem.

I had a test done to get my metabolic rate. I told the girl i had a low metabolism. She did the test and showed me the results. She told me most people who come in say that but they have a normal metabolism. She said. She confirmed I was correct! When i reach my goal I'm going to try to boost it with carnivore and building muscle. Repair the damage from yoyo dieting my whole life. I don't know what the test you want would sho. You already know your body. . We just have to do what we gotta do to lose and ignore t
