I haven't lost any weight (gained 1 pound but could just be fluctuation). I would say I am right on mostly with my food goals but definitely need to get my butt in gear on some exercise.
226.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 91.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
