Roller coaster...100% on track low calories days and exercise, in between Mother's Day school suppers, chinese takeaways and full days of desk work - was expecting more than 300g up so not unhappy with this.
114.0 lb Lost so far: 22.7 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
