I can't believe how close I am getting to my goal weight! I havent weight this less in 4 yrs! Feeling great! I am seeing that my love handles are finally leaving me as well as my arm fat. I am excited to go to the large farmers market this morning to buy myself some fresh produce to have for snack and with breakfast and lunch. its amazing that the shorts i was wearing back in march are literally falling off my behind and look horrible when i wear them. It's bittersweet. Now if only I could get paid so I can go buy a different pair of shorts.
142.6 lb Lost so far: 24.4 lb.    Still to go: 22.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.8 lb a week

Really I am not sure what is going on. I am eating the same as I always have. Except I changed what I eat for breakfast. I eat the same thing every morning; but it seems since I have started it up that everything has been going well. Also I have done a lot less strength training. Since muscle of course weights more I wasnt seeing a change in my weight and I was beginning to get upset because I was desiring to see the lower numbers on the scale begin to show up. But since family life has kept me from the gym, I just signed up for the challenges on this site to do the 30 Day Shred with Jillian Michaels and the 10 Minute trainer home workout. Since I had them and they were just collecting dust I figured Id put them to use. So I use the Jillian in the morning now and the 10 Minute trainer in the afternoon. And what I changed as far as eating breakfast I eat 24 frosted mini wheats, which is a serving size of them. With a cup of fat free milk. Then I drink a cup and a half of Bolthouse Farms Perfectly Protien drinks. I mix and match the different flavors they have every other day. They also have a small amount of extra vitamins, one is B12 which helps increase energy and metabolism. So I find myself feeling full longer but with energy. I am not much of a breakfast person so it helps me make sure that I keep my metabolism up for the day without feeling weighed down. But so far it has beeen working great for me! :-)
