So... I've been getting more minutes of exercise in, but my weight is going up... could it be muscle development, since I'm putting a lot of miles on the bike? I did back to back 3 hour cycling sessions on the trainer yesterday (Zwift), 50 miles each. Yeah, I'm hungry after...
