Holy Moly! How the heck did I manage that? I did my weekly weigh in 3 times. the battery is still good on the scale. I haven't done anything different than usual. i wish I knew! 3 lbs seems slightly concerning. maybe I shed some water weight or maybe the new exercises I'm doing are really helping. I see my PCP on the 5th. I've got my list of questions!
