Ran 5K none stop for the first time yesterday really happy with that pace wasn't great but whatever - going that far after only 11 days of running felt awesome :)

Introduced deadlifts and dips into gym routine and down to 266lbs on the scale this morning :)

Today is a good day!!!
266.0 lb Lost so far: 115.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
