156.6 lb Lost so far: 49.8 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1279 kcal Fat: 53.93g | Prot: 54.23g | Carb: 149.49g.   Breakfast: La Tortilla Factory Whole Wheat Low Carb & Low Fat Tortillas, Celery, Athenos Roasted Garlic Hummus, Snowpeas (Pea Pod). Lunch: Denny's Veggie-Cheese Omelette, Market Pantry Shredded Hashbrowns, Butter, Marble Rye and Pumpernickel Bread. Dinner: Cooked Broccoli (from Fresh), Sugar Snap Peas, Instant White Rice. Snacks/Other: White Cheddar Cheese Popcorn. more...

Didn't exercise yesterday:/ Made chicken stir fry for supper, including broccoli, peapods, onions, sesame seeds, and a little teriyaki sauce. Family ate it all. Also, had a side of minute rice. I'll try and exercise at lunch today, if I can getaway from my desk. Slept well last night:)
