Had a curry last night a chicken, lamb and king prawn tandoori with keema rice it was glorious :) felt so full of energy this morning too first time I've had rice for a bit might work brown rice back into my diet slowly.

Only lost a little bit of weight but if I keep going they will all add up soon enough!!!
267.2 lb Lost so far: 114.3 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I love Indian Food....your dinner sounds great. I've rediscovered whole grains and am really liking the Near East Quinoa Blends (Quinoa and Brown Rice). The 'lemon' flavor went great with the Curry Pork (recipe in our App) that I made for dinner. Keep focusing on how you feel when you eat right...and the weight loss will follow.
