It wasn't the 2+ lbs a week that I shoot for but I'll take whatever I can get as long as I'm losing! lol
I've been exercising 7 days instead of 5x's a week. I guessed I would have lost more but I'll keep trying! I still look lumpy! I just don't understand! Not Fair! sigh!
Clothing does fit differently/looser But I do dumbbell workouts, arobic step, resistance bands, walking 2 miles either outside or on the treadmill...
I'm only 115 why am I so lumpy!? probably because I'm so short?!
*crying* lol
I am not discouraged I just have to try harder!
115.8 lb Lost so far: 18.7 lb.    Still to go: 12.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

115 is what I weighed for years as an adult. Would love to weigh that again.

Are you talking monthly pics of yourself for comparison? All my life I ‘ve considered myself lumpy too. Even when I was 20 and only 118lbs. But now when I see those old pics I’m amazed at how great I actually looked. I just never saw it, (and my family and 1st husband weren’t the types to ever compliment, so I never knew til I wasn’t anymore). What do your friends and family say.”? And, if they’re stingy with compliments do the monthly pic thing. You may hate what you see today, but when you look at it a month or two later you might be: “Damn! Don’t I look good compared to [fill in the blank]”. 🤗 Worth a try maybe. 💚

Yes in fact I have been taking pictures throughout my weight loss journey. And I can totally see the difference! And yesterday I tried on clothes that have been in the back of my closet for several years that were from when I was thin and excepted 3 everything fit! I was so proud and excited to actually see the effort in reality. The lumpy... I just need to keep exercising! I'm sure I can fix this! Even 53 and disabled! 💪

I hear ya. Shortie! I was just thinking.. lumpy today 🤣 uhh. You're doing all you can. I started my abs of Steel video yesterday. Gonna start lifting this week. We'll get there. Power to the shorties!

I do some strength training I can't do too much on my legs because I have arthritic hips which I'm going to have surgery done on in June or July
