Weigh-in at doctor's office 138.8kg/306.0 (with clothes); home scale was 309.0 (no clothes).Always like to compare! And apparently, clothes help me weigh less! LOL LOL LOL
306.0 lb Lost so far: 49.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
