yesterday, son/friend comp more work on deck. MIL spends the day with us. pasta midday. little wine under the deck later. neighbor joins us. do elliptical much later & pm yoga before bed.
128.5 lb Lost so far: 48.5 lb.    Still to go: 2.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
