Went to Nashville over the past weekend. Ate normal foods (including bread and pie) and added 2 pounds. Didn't have trouble starting diet again but it did take me until this morning to weigh in lower than last Saturday. I am ready to keep trying. This is not hard. I fit in a pair of pants yesterday that I haven't worn in at least a year so that was a nice reward
