Backslide on Sunday, bagel for breakfast, Chinese for dinner, bowl of ice cream for a snack. Bad!
213.2 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 28.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 4.9 lb a week

That's a lot of sodium you ate. Some of that will be water bloat. Drink plenty of water, get plenty of protein and keep going.
