Up one which means I slightly overdid CN last night, the details of which I've not recorded as they're largely along the lines of nom-nom-nom ooh, look; sugar! I ordered some boutique lamb yesterday too, half of one, from Mettricks so that should be fun :-)
329.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 89.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
