Yesterday ate

Banana & Spinach & Coconut Milk smoothie following by Paleo Vegan Lasagne then Steak and spinach salad with lemon dressing and Jacket Potato for dinner

lost 0.4lbs overnight

No exercise must do better tomorrow
214.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 74.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
