i HAVE BEEN TRYING HARDER TO BE BUSY AND NOT THINK ABOUT FOOD AND BEING BORED. tHERE ARE SO MANY THINGS i REALLY WANT TO DO. rIGHT NOW i AM RECANING A ROCKING CHAIR FROM MY GEEGEE. sORRY ABOUT THE CAPS. BUT I AM NOT RETYPING THIS.
176.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

OK! I am back on the wagon again. I have decided I am addicted to sugar. Got to treat it like that cause any little bit makes me want more.

YAY! Me too. I read an article about being an alcoholic without drinking a drop. The body turns the sugar to alcohol. I believe it, that stuff is hard to kick!
