All my life, I've wanted 6-pack abs. I've been chubby ever since I can remember and frankly, I'm tired of it. I don't want to be the only person in my family who isn't athletic - I want to be able to go to my local YMCA and play basketball with the guys, or play some flag football out in the park. I want to be able to dunk a basketball on my little brother's head.
I've already made significant lifestyle changes in order to achieve my current weight of 211 lbs. All I need to do now is finish out strong. I found this website today and it seems like a great tool to help me track my progress. I'm excited to get down to my goal weight of 195 and start living the life that I want to live.
