I won't work out tonight and I will just focus on my studies. Tomorrow night I'd like to do a hard strength training workout. My body craves it.
But as for today, I will drink as much water as I can, it helps keep me thinking clearly and feel full. Plus I'll eat as well as I can. It helps me not feel sluggish.
