I'm going to try for a calorie deficit of 2500-3000 a day until my body breaks :/ 1200-1500 calories a day with 125g of protein 4200 calories a day burnt through exercise+BRR in theory I should lose 6lbs a week? Let's see how getting dumped and depression can help me lose weight rather than gain it
