yesterday, son and I got spindles installed on front of deck. looks really nice. I pre-drilled spindles. son cut pieces for shadow box on sides. DIL stopped by, we got pizza and sat in garage while the rain came down.
129.5 lb Lost so far: 47.5 lb.    Still to go: 3.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
