Finally in the 51s !!!

Today's food:

1 provita cracker
1 block of Lindt 85% dark chocolate
1 chicken/cheese finger
tea

Lunch:Smoothie
Water
114.4 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 6.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.6 lb a week
