For sure. I've just been working so hard and being diligent! Never cheating and counting every calories, getting near 100g of protein water and walking 3-5 miles a day and only lost ounces this last week! What the heck! I'm Just disappointed! I guess I could be outraged and could have gained. So not so bad!

everyone is different. keep on keeping on. for me it seems I would lose nothing for one week a couple of pounds the next! but always the trend was downward. stay diligent and see what happens

weight loss isnt going to be a pound a day. that would be too quick. your system is working as long as you are losing .5lb to 2 lbs a week, you are going in the right direction. Keep in mind at some point you will reach a weightloss plateau, where you are maintaining your routine but not losing at all. research what to do when a plateau happens- a common thing to do is refeeds (usually around 3 months but could be later)

Have you thought about eating more. I know it sounds crazy but for some people that actually works especially if you are eating very very low calorie amounts

Liv, this is a great point!! The more you burn you need that extra boost of food.
