99% better metabolism because I am ALLIUM intolerant as well as Nightshade Veg intolerant. Eating for the most part sweet potato and edamame or lentils and brown rice. Worried I've got Lipedema.
145.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
