I would like to think that some or most of this weight gain comes from all the extra weight lifting and strength training I've been doing. But I did enjoy popcorn and soda when I went to see the avengers. And a beer at dinner. Not very Atkins friendly...

... Still, hard to believe that 1 day can set me back 6 lbs. I'm really worried this is the start of my boom and bust cycle again. I seem to get around 225, and then go back up to 240 regardless of my behavior.
229.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 61.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
