Keto and hiking/walking are starting to have a better effect. Now that I have been getting out more for the exercise. I felt like I know that was a major factor in my plateau.
256.4 lb Lost so far: 78.6 lb.    Still to go: 56.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.5 lb a week
