I am starting to have a bit more success with my ketogenic diet. I have lost 12-13 lbs. in about a months time. I have to attribute that mostly to the fact that I have finally been able to get out for more regular exercise. (walking and hiking) I sometime seem to eat less. My appetite is quite abated, but I feel like I may still need to be eating more fat because at times my ketones still remain in the lower concentrations. Well any way I have resumed the downward trend on the scale.
253.0 lb Lost so far: 82.0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.7 lb a week

I love the keto approach - and the fats help me eat less because I am less hungry with the high fat and low carbs.
