Woohoo! another drop even though I have been eating pizza the last two days I'm sure that might cause a gain. I really need to cook something, this week is just crazy overtime and a statistics final to work on. Off to the beach next week for a few days so I will need to cut out the junk so I look good in that bikini.
I plan to quit smoking again when I get back from teh beach, the pills i use (chantix) make me so bloated and I don't want to deal with that when I'm down there. Still not drinking and am done dealing with my emotional issues. So life is getting back to normal :) I hope everyone is doing well, I'm trying to check in at least once a week!
132.8 lb Lost so far: 18.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I am sure you'll beat the bloat for the trip to the beach. Try to cut out the junk as you mentioned and stick to foods with low sodium. Work out hard if you can, it always helps drop some of that water weight. Have a great trip girlie... :)
