ugh the effects of Christmas dinner up a pound but it is better than multiple pounds..
306.4 lb Lost so far: 46.6 lb.    Still to go: 86.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Agreed. I am up but not worried. Will work on it in January when all of this hoopla is out of the way and we concentrate on good health.
