Well, I guess a second cheat day took it's toll. I don't care though, it was worth it! I had a lovely day in Vermont with beautiful scenery, good food and great company. I am rejuvenated and ready to get back at it! Happy Wednesday friends :)

A single cheat (or even two) won't amount to much. Besides, all the exercise is building lean muscle, so your metabolism is higher to help burn the extra calories. Reducing stress works, too, so you're still doing your body good.
