One goal I am adding this week is to not splurge after I've logged my weight for the week. I would usually eat large quantities of high fat and salt foods. In the long run that would defeat the purpose of taking control of what I eat. It just retains the habit that put on the pounds in the first place.
150.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
