Feeling a little better, ate some salty soup last night and looks like it stuck with me. Walked the slowest 1.25 miles ever last night, but dogs were going a little bonkers. Working a 1/2 day today to be followed by a nap.

Drinking more tea than anything else. Press on, press on.

I took my soup and added a ton of extra water to dilute the sodium. Also ate some chocolate today and a lot of tea and water. Tomorrow should be interesting, my guess it will go up for a couple days and then down. No walk today, headache at the moment.
