My official weight this morning is 128.55kg.
Same weight as two weeks ago. I didnt get to do a weigh-in last week but I am sure it was a gain so to be back at this weight is good enough for me as I expected to see a gain.
The silly season has started so that's the start of the indulging but I'm going to do my best until Christmas and take a break from Christmas to the New Year and thhen start again :)
Oh! I must also join the gym again in January! Goals!!!
