Ate a gyro and lots of pita bread yesterday. Guess I didn't have enough lactaid pills cause I'm bloated today. But not too bad of an increase, that gryo was heavy!
136.1 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
