Since Thanksgiving I haven't been dieting. Thank God I have only regained 6 lbs. but I have been feeling like crap from all the food. I need to get back on track. This is my first holiday since I was a kid I have been aloud to enjoy.
232.0 lb Lost so far: 318.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1290 kcal Fat: 30.85g | Prot: 98.22g | Carb: 180.83g.   Breakfast: Premier Nutrition High Protein Shake - Chocolate, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds). Lunch: Laughing Cow Light Swiss Original Cheese Wedges, Prima Della Buffalo Style Chicken Breast, Great Value Honey Wheat Bread. Dinner: Real Good Foods General Tso’s, Egg Roll with Beef and/or Pork, Minute Instant White Rice. Snacks/Other: Tillamook Chophouse Bites Hawaiian Style Teriyaki, Smart Sweets Sweet Fish. more...
