Fell off the wagon yesterday. Big pub meal and a few wines. Was still probably better than some of my previous normal days anyway. I resisted the invite to breakfast and abstained from the cakes provided for morning tea. So back on track today, trying to plan the next few days away.
192.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 29.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
