Still could lose a tiny bit. But feeling fit and healthy. Workouts have been great. Todays workout was awesome. I could sleep a bit better, that would help.
154.3 lb Lost so far: 17.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
