One week in and pleased with the result. I’ve had a few days of not being hungry so hardly ate, which has kick started the journey, bit of fluid in this loss as well, So, can I get rid of a kg a week till the new year? Let’s give it a try.
192.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 29.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
