I’m over 180 pounds now. I could sit here and say I’m not sure why I’m gaining but I know it could be the Hashimotos, I haven’t been tracking calories, and I haven’t been working out. It’s been hard to find the motivation since returning to work and I feel tired all the time. It’s time to get back on track.

I just turned 40 a few weeks ago.
181.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 26.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
