The motivational photo is a great idea. But and this a big but you can't crucify yourself for a slip up. We are all human and we all have short comings. I feel in past experience when I focused so hard on the things that I failed in with dieting instead of the positive things I am doing I derailed myself from the ultimate goal of losing weight. Just have to tell yourself this what I did wrong today but these are the things that I am going to try to avoid tomorrow.
