Day 3 went bad in the end. A couple wines and a huge headache. The scales are weird, jumping from 83 to 86 and then 89. I think fluid is a problem so plenty today. I feel thinner, my a mm, that counts.
197.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 34.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
