I'm happy that my weight loss keeps going at a predictable rate but I was really hoping for a little more loss this week. My clothes are fitting more loosely, to an extremely noticeable level and people have been commenting on my progress. I guess we'll see in a couple of months, when I do my next In-Body scan, to see how much fat mass I've dropped.

By the way, if your doctor has an In-Body scanner, I highly recommend it. It's a really good way to measure where you're at and where you have to go.
226.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 58.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
