I've been following Atkins okay, but having a few days a week where I eat carbs, as long as my caloric range is still okay. I did that last night, probably because I finally went below 170, and felt like I had a little wiggle room. I'm not rewarding myself with food, generally. I really need to clothing shop, nothing fits well.
