Yay I took some gabapentin last night my Dr gave me for the restless leg I have but anyway took (3) of them and no melatonin and just slept about 10hrs best sleep I've had in a long time..and woke up almost 2 pounds down...now I'd love to get some good sleep every night...have a great weekend everyone..
308.4 lb Lost so far: 44.6 lb.    Still to go: 88.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
