One pound lost. I've eaten healthy almost all week, one little slip. I haven't been calorie counting, but I HAVE kept a food diary. I've exercised more than last week, but I need to increase that some more.
191.5 lb Lost so far: 9.5 lb.    Still to go: 17.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.5 lb a week
