Booo!

Weight gain go away!

I think it was because I was on my "running diet" last week and don't have a race scheduled for this weekend! I need to get back on track!
157.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
