I bought a 64oz water bottle this morning! :) My skin already looks better from just two days of so much water and absolutely no soda, tea, Starbucks, or fried food (which I mostly ate at work). I am super sore in the limbs from adding lunges and burpees to my cardio yesterday, and I plan on incorporating mountain climbers and planks today as well. Since I've been back to healthy eating, I've been waking up with dull headaches that last a while -- which is weird because I've always drank a little bit of wine before bed? I'm thinking it may be because I haven't had greasy or super filling food to soak up the alcohol lol. I also plan on not having so much wine anymore either, all that sugar! I can't wait to go bikini shopping.
