no change in the weight I should just wait a few days and then weigh in since I slept about 4hrs and still holding water on me I am drinking over a gallon of water and not getting it all back off me due to stress and pain and not sleeping. well I will see what tomm bring hopefully I can get good sleep tonight 😴 but my leg and hips are still hurting really bad and not able to sleep isn't helping me out very much..
311.0 lb Lost so far: 42.0 lb.    Still to go: 91.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
