Well looky there - a new low. There’s been a lot of zone 2 training happening which simply means my body is pulling more from fat stores than just glycogen. It’s a good thing as it means my hr is adjusting to the rpm’s on the bike 🚴 which also means at some point I’ll be able to increase my rpm range and go faster because this girl is determined to reach the 300 watt mark 😁
120.8 lb Lost so far: 89.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Exercise always requires math, but I'd never thought of measuring a human's physical exertion in the same units as an electric car! 50-shmifty - you're still a boss, dude! Next goal: 1.21 gigawatts! Great Scott!! ❤️

Awww, Chris! So good to see your words in the comment section. I had wondered where you got off too! :-) And, you have no idea how many times both Mom and I have contemplated how much money we might save in our electric bill if we hooked me up to an electric generator that might grab ahold of all the wattage I drum up! We guesstimate I might pedal my way into half the bill - Ha! We even looked into a bike to see if that was possible...hehe. At 1.21 gigawatts - I might blow the house up!

You obviously haven't seen Back to the Future... 1.21G is what lightning produces in order to time travel 🤓
